What Crystal Paws are
Crystal Paws are an in-game virtual currency. They have no monetary value, are not refundable for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
They are used inside Purrfect Dominion and stay tied to the account. That's worth knowing before you buy, not after.
Who handles purchases
Purchases go through Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. That means the sale, invoicing, taxes, renewals and refunds are handled by Paddle, not directly by the game.
In practice, refund requests and billing issues go to Paddle, under the buyer terms you accept at checkout.
