We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), because the law does not require us to.

This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, does not ask for your email address and has no user database. You cannot create an account here.

• Technical connection data, processed by the providers hosting the site: IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time.
• Statistical data through Google Analytics 4, but only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, navigation path, language, device type, approximate geographic area and clicks on the "Play Now" and "Paws Store" buttons.
• The language you pick in the selector, stored in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and never reaches us.
• Advertising data through Google AdSense, but only if you accept cookies: advertising cookie identifiers, the page visited and the data needed to serve and measure ads, including personalised ones.

• To display the pages and keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering and protecting the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• To remember the language you chose. Legal basis: it is a technical feature you requested by using the selector (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); the data never leaves your device.
• To measure visits with Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). You can withdraw it at any time.
• To show advertising through Google AdSense, including personalised ads, and measure its performance. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).

The site's fonts are hosted directly on our own domain: opening these pages, your browser does not contact Google Fonts servers.

There are no embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos, no maps, no social widgets or buttons. The trailer is hosted by us.

• Lovable, the platform hosting and delivering the site, together with the Cloudflare delivery network. They receive technical connection data, including the IP address.
• Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense, only after your consent.
• Nobody else. We do not sell, share or trade data with anyone.

If you accept statistics, the data collected by Google Analytics may also be processed in the United States. Google states that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our hosting and network providers also use internationally distributed servers and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. If you do not give consent, only the technical traffic needed to display the page remains.

• Hosting and network technical logs: kept by the providers for as long as needed for security and diagnostics, typically a few days or weeks. We do not archive them ourselves.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months, the maximum retention set on the property. The _ga cookies last up to 24 months unless you delete them.
• Cookie choice and language: they stay in your browser until you clear the site data.
• Emails you send us spontaneously: kept for as long as needed to reply and handle any follow-up.

You can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise these rights write to phabdev@gmail.com. We answer within the deadlines set by the GDPR, i.e. within one month, extendable by two months in complex cases.

If you believe something is wrong, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or go to court.

The minimum age to use Purrfect Dominion is 14, which is the age of digital consent in Italy. Below 14, consent from a person holding parental responsibility is required.

This site is a showcase and does not ask for data to sign up. If we realise we have received data from someone under 14 without a parent's consent, we delete it.

If you accept cookies, ads served by Google AdSense may appear on this site. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to select ads, cap their frequency and measure their performance.

We apply Google Consent Mode v2: before your choice, advertising and analytics storage stay disabled; if you refuse, they stay disabled afterwards too.
